Villa Zafira is one of the best villas we have stayed in. We will be returning again next year. This was our 14th trip to Villa Zafira. That probably tells how much we love coming here. It is a wonderful villa with great views of Kalkan. The villa has all the facilities you could want. It is very private but it is only a 15 minute walk to the heart of Kalkan where you will find a fantastic choice of restaurants and shops. There is a lovely pool with plenty of outdoor seating and a barbecue if you want to cook. We look forward to returning to Kalkan next year.

Peaceful retreat in incredible Islamlar Heaven is in the mountains! Rudi is the man to book with in Turkey. I have never experienced service like he gives. His English is faultless, and nothing is too much trouble. It’s platinum level! Villa Zeybek Evi is amazing, spotless and has everything you need and if you ever needed anything else, fear not, Rudi would get it for you. We have been going to Kalkan for years and this villa was the best, a real home away from home. If you are looking for peace and quiet, spectacular views, lovely local restaurants and to experience Turkish village life this is the place to go. His family are nearby and are just as lovely as Rudi. We were treated to organic fruit from his papa. The figs and plums were delicious. Try living the Rudi life - you will not regret it. He will make sure you have the best holiday ever. You won’t ever want to leave!

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Facilities and Convenient Location Review of Holiday Rental We had a fantastic stay at this holiday rental! The booking process was seamless, and the service provided was top-notch from start to finish. The accommodation exceeded our expectations—everything matched (and even surpassed) what was promised in the advert. It was spotlessly clean and came with excellent facilities, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal, with an easy walk to the shops and plenty of amenities nearby. Even getting a taxi home was hassle-free and cost-effective. Overall, it was well worth every penny, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place or stay again in the future!

This will be my briefest review, as I’ve run out of superlatives, admittedly for my four previous reviews for Villa Rudi. So for our fifth rental with Rudi we stayed in Villa Zeybek Evi. Nothing changes though with the same five star level of accommodation and the same friendly attention from Rudi. As always, from airport pick up to return, everything is seamless. Nothing is too much trouble for Rudi, even when you lock yourself out! So total relaxation in the beautiful hills around Islamlar, with Kalkan only an easy 20 minute drive, Kas another half hour is an absolutely stunning drive, and other attractions easily reachable. And then home to Villa Zeybek which really is just stunning, spacious and spotless. I really cannot recommend highly enough.

We traveled as Husband and Wife plus my Mum for her 90th Birthday.The Villa is everything it promised and so much more. Exceptionally clean with lovely rooms and towels provided even for around the pool. We mainly catered ourselves and the Kitchen is well prepared for this. The pool is unheated and took a few mins to get into but it was lovely all the same. Rudi's Family live close by and it was great to see and hear all the chickens and Sheep/Goats and their bells. The call to Prayer was magical to hear and was not at all intrusive. We got water from the Mountain Spring in the Village which was amazing and all the locals fill up as well. All communication with Rudi was perfect and he answered all my questions before and during our stay with nothing too much trouble. The views from the Villa were incredible over Kalkan Bay and Mouse and Snake Islands. Temperatures were late 20's to low 30's everyday and we came back to UK with freezing temperatures which was a shock. Rudi you have an amazing Villa and beautiful Family and we really hope we can come back at some point.

The minute we walked in to this house we were blown away, a proper WOW moment! Never before has a holiday house exceeded our expectations so much, this house is totally undersold. The whole back of house is glassed looking out over the beautiful Kalkan Bay, am amazing sight to behold every morning. We had to literally punch ourselves and never got bored of it. The living area was incredible, all the bedrooms were great and the outside living area was excellent. Oh, and by the way it has an indoor pool as well as the outside one in the photos. There’s some gym equipment downstairs for those that that want to keep fit and a well equipped kitchen, outside dining area, BBQ, prinks area and off road parking. Best house we have ever stayed in and will be making our reservation for next year ASAP.

We had a lovely time staying a week in Villa Poyraz. The villa is extremely comfortable and spacious and is a fantastic place for a holiday. The sea views and the pool are amazing. The location is very peaceful and it is only a short taxi ride to the centre of Kalkan. Rudi made our stay most comfortable and was always on hand for information.

11 of us stayed at Villa Bottecine (4 adults and 7 teenagers) for 10 nights and had a fabulous time. The villa was clean and spacious and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The a/c worked well in all bedrooms and in the kitchen/living room, there was an abundance of space both inside and out and the swimming pool is a great size. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a good outside bbq which we used on a few occasions. There is plenty of dining space inside and out as well as plenty of lounging space. The owner visited early every morning to service the pool and empty the bin and also delivered swimming pool towels to us on the first morning. The WiFi worked well and there is a good sized TV which the teenagers used to watch Netflix on a quiet evening. The view from the outside terrace is beautiful. The villa is up a hill and it is a 20 to 25 walk into the centre of Kalkan but a taxi back up at the end of the evening was not expensive. Taxis were readily available from the town centre. We actually appreciated the distance from town and being up a hill because it was a little cooler and also helped us to keep our teenagers under control! There are a few local shops and a supermarket about 8 minutes down the hill which is handy. It’s a hot walk in August but really not a problem. A car is recommended for grocery shopping purposes and if you want to leave Kalkan. There is lots to do in the vicinity - we enjoyed Saklıkent Kanyon, Patara Beach and a boat trip to see the sunken city and swim. We had a lovely time in the villa. No one had any grumbles. There is nothing that we would change and we would thoroughly recommend it.
