The Villa has been built to very modern standards with luxury inside and out. The outside space is fabulous. There is a large private pool with stunning views overlooking Kalkan bay (which you will never tire of) with plenty of space around it to relax on the sun-loungers provided.

We can safely say this is one of the best villas in the town centre.

Kitchen

The amazing kitchen is situated off the lounge area and its large and well equipped. Set to the side of the lounge is a raised dining area with a large square table and comfortable dining chairs (Seats 6). The kitchen is modern and a good design.

The fully fitted kitchen includes oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pans and glasses etc.

Lounge

The lounge has a high quality marble floor throughout and is spacious, light and airy with comfortable luxury sofas and armchairs seating 6. There is a Flat screen TV with satellite TV available and a DVD player as well. The lounge is designed for your comfort if its too hot outside or you just want to relax.

The utulity room has a washing machine, iron & ironing board and is accessed via the kitchen. There is a downstairs cloakroom on this floor as well.
