Lower ground floor

Bedroom 1 & 2 - There are two double bedrooms on this floor with en-suite bathrooms, storage and outdoor access through sliding glass doors. 
Bedroom 3 - There is also a twin bedroom on the lower ground floor which can be configured as a double bedroom upon request. This room does not have en-suite facilities, but it has use of a shower room / WC across the hallway.
The well-equipped games room is also located on this level which is complete with table football, air-hockey, PlayStation 4 and darts. A sauna new for 2023 is situated on this floor with a window to provide views.
There is also a furnished lower level terrace and stairs which take you up to the ground floor, pool terrace level.

Ground floor

Villa Luxury Naz has a large open plan kitchen, living and dining space. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and features an island with hob, a large fridge freezer and dining area.
The lounge has floor to ceiling windows and floors along the length of this room which brings a vast amount of light into the property and provides direct access to the pool terr
The lounge also has a large corner sofa, a large flat screen TV, coffee table, artwork and homely indoor plants and books.

First floor

Bedroom 4 -The master suite occupied this level and features a Jacuzzi bath within the room, a large floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobe and views over the sea plus an en-suite shower room with W/C.

Second floor

Bedroom 5 - A double bedroom with a en-suite shower room along with a freestanding bathtub within the room, large sliding mirrored wardrobe, vanity area and ample storage.
This bedroom leads out onto the villa's roof terrace which has fantastic panoramic sea views, sun loungers and a comfortable seating area.

Outdoor space

Villa Luxury Naz's outdoor area has several different areas for guests to relax, there is a dining table underneath a covered pergola, table tennis to the side of the property, a BBQ area, a swinging egg chair and sun loungers surrounding the infinity-edge pool with Jacuzzi jets.
