Villa Tepe is one of the best unique villa in Kalkan because each level has own lounge, kitchen with all appliances and either a balcony or terrace. The top level has a roof terrace area as well. Villa is very good for large family, parties and friend sharing. The villa is fully air-conditioned.

Villa Tepe has the most amazing views of all of Kalkan sea  and Islands. Villa is beautifully furnished to a high standard with everythink you could possibly need for a wonderfull holiday.

Outside the villa has a big good size private swimming pool with surrounding terraces furnished with plenty of sunbeds and stunning sea views. There is a split level terrace which has a large marble table and chairs for al-fresco dining. It is shaded by a grapevine covered pergola. There is also big stone built BBQ and parking space.

Villa Tepe is just 5 minutes drive to Kalkan old town ( Shops, Retaurants, Sea, Beaches, Bank etc. ). Just a few minutes walking distance there are shops, green grocery, bakery and barber shop as well.

Speacial booking conditions

In order to book the villa, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The balance will be payable within 8 weeks of arrival but we are prepared to allow some flexibility on this for late bookings.

If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates.

A damage deposit of £200 is required upon arrival, Subject to no damage to the property, this will be returned to you upon your departure.

Deposit and Balance Payments ; We accept payment via the following methods: Bank Transfers / Paypal or cash upon arrival if unable to do Bank Transfer or Paypal (Please note a fee will be added if paying by Paypal)

Please Note: Over 12 people we charge extra £100 for each week price.
