Villa Mercan view is a stunning, contemporary style 4 bedroom luxury villa (sleeps 8/9 people)with un-interrupted panoramic views over Kalkan Bay, situated in the highly desirable Komurluk area of Kalkan. The property is just a few steps away from one of Kalkan's best beach clubs, with it's restaurant and facilities, and water taxi to Kalkan town centre. 

The property is beautifully decorated and furnished, throughout and extremely well equipped, to ensure that you can relax and enjoy your time in Kalkan in comfort! 

All bedrooms are en-suite, and have large, private balconies/terraces. The villa is air-conditioned throughout, and there is a flat screen TV, DVD player, Wifi if you need to connect to the internet, and an Ipod dock if you want to enjoy some music!

With its panoramic views, and beautiful infinity pool, however, you will want to spend much of your time outside. The pool is surrounded by a spacious patio area, equipped with sun-loungers and sun-shades. If you prefer to relax in the shade, why not settle yourself into the large, comfortable rattan seating set in the shade outside the dining room area? 

Dining alfresco is a must at the villa, with a modern style table and chairs situated under the shade of a pergola, once again facing those amazing views. Or why not enjoy a sun-downer sitting on the spacious roof terrace, taking in the beautiful Kalkan sunsets? 

The villa is also very secure, with CCTV cameras installed around the perimeter of the property.

Top Floor: Stairs from second floor lead up to door to huge roof terrace, with panoramic views. Sink area to the side, covered by a pergola. Another pergola shades half of the terrace area.

Private entrance, with steps down to the property. Large infinity swimming pool, spacious  patio area with sun-beds and sunshades next to the pool. A shady pergola to the of the property covers the outside dining area. 

There is also a large rattan seating set, comprising 3 seater sofa, 2 arm chairs and a low table. A BBQ is also available. 

A huge roof terrace on the top floor, with a dining table and chairs, plus bean bags and cushions, great for relaxing and enjoying the panoramic views over the bay, and perfect for sun-downers!

Further details

Our local management company will provide a meet and greet service, to help familiarise your group with the villa and area and will be on hand to help throughout your stay. A welcome pack is also supplied. For an additional cost, a hot meal can be arranged.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: The villa will be cleaned weekly, where linen and towels will be changed for a fresh set. Daily services include the servicing of the pool, and garden area.

Private chef and baby sitting services can be supplied on request. A cot and/or high chair are available at an additional charge.

There is now a Ottoman Cushioned seating area near the pool.

The Roof Top Terrace has been renovated and the Jacuzzi also has the option of being heated.
