Villa Likya is located Kalkan which is near the old town. Villa is 4 bedrooms with an en-suite. All room has stunning sea views. Villa is only 5 mimutes walk a way from the sea, town, restaurants and shops. Villa is modern desiged. Villa is suitable for family and firends of group and honeymoon couple. 

As you would expect, the villa is equipped to a very high standard, and is air conditioned throughout, and has beautiful travertine marble flooring.

Villa has one of the best amazing  seaviews. Villa has a huge pool terrace so you can enjoy your holiday with your family.

The centre of Kalkan village is a 5 minute walk away and there is a local greengrocer within 5 minutes walk that can provide you with basic essentials.

The views over Kalkan are completely uninterrupted and the villa offers a high degree of privacy as the nearest neighbour.
 
 
Kitchen & Lounge

Large, open plan lounge/kitchen/dinner, with modern, state of the art fully equipped kitchen. There are fan oven, fridge/freezer, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine, water dispenser and utensils, glasses, cutlery and crockery.

Large, open-plan living room has comfortable sofas, armchairs, dining table and chairs, satellite TV, Wifi, DVD player, Playstation and the doors to the pool terrace.

There are table and chairs for 10 people.

Infinity pool dimensions is 9m. X 4.5m., Dept is 1.60m. There is a children pool as well.

Speacial booking conditions

In order to book the villa, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The balance will be payable within 8 weeks of arrival but we are prepared to allow some flexibility on this for late bookings. Rentals in Kalkan

If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates.

A damage deposit of £200 is required upon arrival, Subject to no damage to the property, this will be returned to you upon your departure.
