Villa Kalkan Dream is a brand new luxury villa in Kalkan town centre. The Villa is located in Kalkan centre just 5 minutes walking distance to the sea, beaches, restaurants and shops.
The Villa has been built to very modern standards with luxury inside and out. The outside space is fabulous. There is a large private pool with stunning views overlooking Kalkan bay (which you will never tire of) with plenty of space around it to relax on the sun-loungers provided.
We can safely say this is one of the best villas in the town centre.

Kitchen
- The amazing kitchen is situated off the lounge area and its large and well equipped. Set to the side of the lounge is a raised dining area with a large square table and comfortable dining chairs (Seats 6). The kitchen is modern and a good design.
- The fully fitted kitchen includes oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pans and glasses etc.
Lounge
- The lounge has a high quality marble floor throughout and is spacious, light and airy with comfortable luxury sofas and armchairs seating 6. There is a Flat screen TV with satellite TV available and a DVD player as well. The lounge is designed for your comfort if its too hot outside or you just want to relax.
- The utulity room has a washing machine, iron & ironing board and is accessed via the kitchen. There is a downstairs cloakroom on this floor as well.
- Water dispenser (cold and hot)
Bedrooms
- Bedroom 1 is situated on the ground floor and has 2 single beds with En-suite facilities. There is a Wardrobe and a Vanity unit in the room plus Air-conditioning. This room has access to the pool terrace as well with fantastic sea views.

First Floor
- Bedroom 2 is a Double Bedroom with En-suite. Wardrobe, Vanity unit and Air-Con. This room has a private balcony with stunning sea views.
- Bedroom 3 is a Double Bedroom with En-suite. Wardrobe, Vanity unit and Air-Con. This room has a private balcony with amazing ocean views.
General
- Private swimming pool, BBQ, Wi-Fi unlimited internet, Table tennis, Private parking space, CCTV, Alarm, Towels and Linen provided. A weekly clean and linen change is carried out.

Speacial booking conditions
In order to book the villa, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The balance will be payable within 8 weeks of arrival but we are prepared to allow some flexibility on this for late bookings.
If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates.
A damage deposit of £200 is required upon arrival, Subject to no damage to the property, this will be returned to you upon your departure.
Deposit and Balance Payments ; We accept payment via the following methods: Bank Transfers / Paypal or cash upon arrival if unable to do Bank Transfer or Paypal (Please note a fee will be added if paying by Paypal)
