Villa Kalkan Aqua Marin has the added advantage of having two pools on separate levels (the one on the upper level has a Jacuzzi section), plus two spacious terrace areas.

Villas Kalkan Aqua Marin is stunning brand new villas with fantastic views over Kalkan bay. Villa Kalkan Aqua Marin has 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite facilites and the villas have been furnished in a luxurious and contemporary style. They're conveniently located, with the centre of Kalkan town being an approximate 10-15 minutes walk away.

The spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area in each villa, features floor to ceiling windows that make the most of the great views and allow light to flood into the property.

The modern kitchens are equipped with top quality appliances such as a large fridge-freezer, built in oven and microwave, gas hob, washing machine and dishwasher. The living are has plenty of comfortable seating plus a flatscreen TV and DVD player. Safe box available in our villa.

Each of the bedrooms has fabulous views and an en-suite bath/shower room. There are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom in each villa.

It has panoramic stunning sea & nature views by the sunbathing area, huge private infinity swimming pool, spacious patio area with sun-beds and sunshades next to the pool, plus a Jacuzzi section.

An al-fresco dining area is also provided, Seats 8 guests. There is a table tennis table as well.

The pool size: 5,6m. X 12,4m., Dept is 1.50m. with Jacuzzi children pool as well and Second pool size is 6,65m to 3.1m, Dept is 1.10m. Second pool is heated pool erly season an end of seaosn and winter time as well. The pool is close with special windows so enjoy the indoor heated pool. Use heated pool extra fee please ask us. Speacial booking conditions

In order to book the apartment, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The balance will be payable within 8 weeks of arrival but we are prepared to allow some flexibility on this for late bookings.

If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates.

A damage deposit of £250 is required upon arrival, Subject to no damage to the property, this will be returned to you upon your departure, Rudi Travel.

Deposit and Balance Payments ; We accept payment via the following methods: Bank Transfers/Paypal or cash upon arrival if unable to do Bank Transfer or Paypal (Please note a fee will be added if paying by Paypal).
