Our Kalkan summer rental villa, located in Kördere, is a 3-bedroom, conservative villa with an accommodation capacity of 6 people. It has a private swimming pool, a large pool terrace, a barbecue on the pool terrace, a dining table with camellias, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. Each bedroom has a magnificent view. Kalkan is one of our luxury and modern villas with many features such as sea view, wide and panoramic sea view, private heating pool, sauna, large pool terrace and in-room jacuzzi.

Our villa, located in Kalkan, is preferred by holidaymakers due to its location and proximity to the sea, markets, greengrocers and restaurants. You can reach anywhere from our villa by car in 5 minutes. Our villa with magnificent panoramic Kalkan and Sea Views is appreciated and preferred by our holidaymakers because it is a little higher up.

Our Kalkan Daily Rental Villa is carefully decorated with quality, modern and luxury items, and our Kalkan summer holiday home is a 15-minute drive from the center of Kalkan and is one of our Kalkan elite villas, which is only a 3-5 minute walk from facilities such as the nearest market.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, hair dryer, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and toilet. Balcony available with seaview.

All bedrooms have views of the Kalkan sea.

Each bedroom has clean bedding and towel sets.

Swimming pool

The private swimming pool dimensions of our villa are 10m X 3.4m, Depth: 1.55m.

Private interior pool dimensions are 4m x 4m, depth is 1.40cm.

Heating fee is not included in the price. Heating fee is 350 TL per day. Pool heating temperature varies between 24 and 28 degrees depending on weather conditions. If the weather is windy and rainy, the pool heating pump will work actively, but the pool water temperature drops due to bad weather conditions or in an unexpected situation, if the electricity is cut off by the electricity company in the region and the power returns after a few hours, it will take a certain time for the pool to heat up. We would like our guests who want pool heating to know this in advance, taking these conditions into consideration.

For Villa Upper House, for reservations under 7 nights, an extra 1000 TL cleaning fee is charged. Minimum stay is 5 nights. There is a generator in our villa.
