Cancellation Policy
RESERVATION, PAYMENT, RESERVE CANCELLATION TERMS AND REFUND CONDITIONS
1- The pre-deposit amount sent for reservation to the Villas/Apartments is absolutely non-refundable.
2- If there is a cancellation until the 30th day before the start of the holiday, the customer must pay 50% of the total travel cost.
3- For cancellations made less than the 29th day before the start of the holiday, the person is obliged to pay 100% of the total travel cost.
4-If the guest renting the Villa/Apartment does not come, the guest is obliged to pay the entire holiday fee and accepts this.
5- Expenses such as financial losses, commission fees and deductions to be received by the bank or banks during the payments are paid by the customer. In these cases, www.rentalsinkalkan.com is not responsible, liable and does not accept the obligation to pay these fees.
6- Our guests who rent the Villa/Apartment may cancel their holidays due to force majeure (Earthquake, Disaster, Flood, Fire, etc.) before starting their holiday and they are required to notify www.rentalsinkalkan.com of this cancellation by written e-mail, and notifications that are not made will not be considered acceptance.
7- Our guests coming to Villas/Apartments are obliged to use the houses they have rented as if they were their own homes.
8- If any damage is caused to the villa or apartment during the holiday, the amount of damage will be deducted from this payment after the damage deposit money they paid at the entrance to the villa, which is stated in the annex of the rental conditions and contract, is determined by the person in charge, and the accommodating persons undertake to pay it. Our company is not responsible for covering these damages and losses. Complete responsibility and liability belongs to the customer renting the villa and apartment.
