Our villa, located in Kalkan Bezirgan District, offers a quiet, calm and peaceful holiday environment with a private swimming pool and jacuzzi. The nostalgic village house, which will provide the comfort and joy of life in their own homes, is furnished for simple daily use, with the intertwined harmony of stone and wood (Cedar Wood), for our guests who want to explore nature and village life, take a walk, or take a nature tour by bicycle.

Our Kalkan daily rental house has 2 (two) bedrooms, 1 (one) recreation room, kitchen & living room and balcony. Our rooms and the kitchen and living room were planned horizontally. Each room is entered from the balcony through independent doors. There is a private garden and parking. There are 4 bicycles for the morning and evening cycling tour. Tehnelli House is approximately 10 km from Kalkan center and the sea, and 5 km from İslamlar Village.

Our Kalkan Holiday House is 600 meters away from the Pirha Ancient City ruins and 1 km away from the Ancient City Center (Latin Mountain). It is recommended for a quiet, calm and happy holiday surrounded by nature and history.

Villa Tehnelli Evi and our 3 villas located just below the front; Villa Kırlangıç Bezirgan Evleri-1, Villa Bülbül Bezirgan Evleri-2 and Villa Keklik Bezirgan Evleri-3. If requested, 4 villas can be provided to our group customers. Total accommodation cost can be provided for up to 10-12 people. Each villa is uniquely independent.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, hair dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

Our recreation room, located between the bedrooms, has two classic village-style divans. It has an independent bathroom and WC.

Each bedroom has clean bedding and towel sets.
 
Kitchen

Villa Tehnelli Evi has a comfortable and modern kitchen with a classical style of wood. Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, kettle, toaster, toaster, dinner set for 4 people, pans, pots, forks, knives, etc. Additionally, if there is a missing product during the holiday, we will supply it for you immediately if you tell us.

The kitchen and living room are intertwined; There is a fireplace, a balcony with village + pool + garden views and a simple-looking classically decorated stone and wood harmonious sofa, satellite TV and a dining table for 4 people. There is only a ceiling fan for air conditioning in the kitchen and living room. There is an exit to the garden from our living room.

Cleaning and Linen

Our villa is delivered to you completely clean. Cleaning is done once a week. There is a washing machine in our villa. If you want to wash it yourself, you can wash it yourself, but extra new clean sheets, pillow cases, etc. If you request, we can provide it for a fee.

Swimming pool

Tehnelli House has a large swimming pool.

Pool dimensions: width: 5 meters, length: 12 meters and depth: 1.80 meters.

In order to offer you a healthy pool and a nice swimming pleasure, a salt chlorinator device is used in the swimming pool disinfection system (chemical usage is 10%). The pool heating system is solar powered and meets its heat needs entirely from nature. It is designed to give you the pleasure of swimming and the comfort of the pool during the spring and autumn periods.
