Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, airfryer, fryer, 4-burner stove, kettle, dinner set for 6 people, pan, pots, fork, knife etc. In addition, if there is a missing product during your holiday, we will supply it for you immediately if you tell us.

Cleaning and Sheets

Our villa is delivered to you completely clean. Cleaning is done once a week. There is a washing machine in our villa, if you want to wash it yourself, you can wash it, but if you want extra new clean sheets, pillowcases, etc., we can provide them for a fee.

Pool

The dimensions of our villa's private swimming pool are 7.60m X 3.50m, Depth: 1.55 m.

Garden

Villa Seas Kalkan has a large garden and pool terrace, and there are sun loungers, sun umbrellas, barbecues and seating groups on our pool terrace for the comfort of our guests.

Damage Deposit
400 GBP or other foreign currency in value is taken as a deposit by the authorized person at the entrance to the villa for broken, spilled, damaged, lost, etc. If there is no problem, the amount you have paid is returned to you at the time of check-out in our summer rental villa.

Note: A cleaning fee of 125 GBP is charged for stays under 7 nights.

The heating fee for the outdoor pool of our villa is 200 GBP per week.
