Our luxury holiday home in Kalkan summer villa Kızıltaş is a conservative villa with 3 bedrooms, a capacity of 6 people, a private swimming pool, a large pool terrace, a barbecue and a camellia on the pool terrace with a dining table and chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers, a magnificent sea view from each bedroom, a large and panoramic terrace with a sea view, a Jacuzzi in the room, and many other features that we cannot even begin to list.

Our villa in Kalkan is preferred by holidaymakers due to its location and proximity to the sea, markets, grocers and restaurants. You can reach everywhere from our villa with your 5-minute car. Since it is a little higher, our magnificent panoramic Kalkan and Sea View Villa is appreciated and preferred by our holidaymakers.

Villa Akasya Kalkan has a stylish, cute, comfortable, spacious, luxurious and modern kitchen. Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, kettle, toaster, dinner set for 6 people, pan, pots, fork, knife etc. Also, if there is a missing product during your holiday, we will supply it for you immediately if you tell us.

Villa Akasya Kalkan has a large garden and pool terrace, and there are sun loungers, sun umbrellas, barbecues, dining tables and chairs and seating groups on our pool terrace and garden for the comfort of our guests.

Deposit

10,000 Turkish Lira or other foreign currency in value is taken as a deposit by the authorized person at the entrance to the villa for broken, spilled, damaged, lost, etc. If there is no problem, the amount you paid will be returned to you at our summer rental villa at the time of departure.

NOTE: A cleaning fee of 3,000 TL is charged for stays under 7 nights in our villa.
