Villa Poyraz Kalamar is a stunning, one of the best luxury villa in Kalkan/Turkey. Villa is 4 bedroom luxury villa (sleeps 8 people) with fantastic panoramic views over Kalamar Bay. Villa is located in Kalamar area which is best area in kalkan. Villa is just a few minutes walking distance to beach clubs, restaurants and facilities .

Villa Poyraz Kalamar is beautifully decorated and furnished, throughout and extremely well equipped, to ensure that you can relax and enjoy your time in Kalkan in comfort!

Villa's all bedrooms are en-suite, and have large, private balconies/terraces. The villa is air-conditioned throughout, and there is a flat screen TV, DVD player, Wifi if you need to connect to the internet, and even an ipod dock if you want to enjoy some music!

Villa Poyraz Kalamar has panoramic amazing ocean views, and beautiful large infinity pool, however, you will want to spend much of your time outside area. The pool is surrounded by a spacious patio area, equipped with sun-loungers and sun-shades.

* It has panoramic stunning sea & nature views by the sunbathing area, large private infinity swimming pool, spacious patio area with sun-beds and sunshades next to the pool.

* There are also a large rattan seating set, 3 seater sofa, 2 arm chairs and a low table. There is a BBQ as well. There are outside dining table and chairs for 8 people. There is a pool table too which is very nice to play with perfect seaview.

* Infinity swimming pool, Sunbathing area, Sunbeds, Umbrellas, BBQ, Outside furnutire, Outdoor shower with amazing stunning ocean views.

* The pool is with salt system which is more healt for use. The pool size: 10m. x 4m., Deep 1.6m. with Jacuzzi pool as well. Also heating pool available. Its extra price if you need. 

* There is a wood fire inside if you want. The villa is rentable all year around so if you come early season, end of season or winter period pool heating can be turn on and wood fire inside can be use for extra cost.

Lounge & Kitchen

* Spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Double French windows look out to the garden, pool and patio area, and of course, those spectacular views!

* Three large sliding doors opening to the swimming pool area and terrace. The 55 inch plasma display features a Play Station 3, DVD, and a surround sound system with a small library. Safe boox available as well in the villa.
