Villa Mini Islamlar is a brand new, luxury designed villa just 10 minutes from the sea in the Kalkan area. Villa has 2 bedrooms with an en-suite. Villa has been built modern and luxury.

The village is set in the dramatic Taurus mountains, only a short drive from the harbour at Kalkan but another world in terms of ambience. Islamlar village is a fabulous base from which to enjoy the region.

Kalkan is only a 10 minutes drive away and the fabulous beach at Patara just a few minutes more.

This area particularly will appeal to couples or a teenager wanting privacy! The main entrance is on the floor above, with the sitting room, dining room and kitchen all opening onto a large terrace surrounding the 7.65m X 3.80m, Dept. is 1.45m infinity swimming pool.

All bedrooms have modern travertine bathrooms with rainforest shower units.

Speacial booking conditions

In order to book the apartment, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The balance will be payable within 8 weeks of arrival but we are prepared to allow some flexibility on this for late bookings.

If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates, villa kalkan inge.

A damage deposit of £200 is required upon arrival, Subject to no damage to the property, this will be returned to you upon your departure, Kalkan Experience Property

Deposit and Balance Payments; We accept payment via the following methods: Bank Transfers/Paypal or cash upon arrival if unable to do Bank Transfer or Paypal (Please note a fee will be added if paying by Paypal)
