Villa Mavi Ay

This small, but perfectly formed villa can be found in the peaceful village of Islamlar.

The villa is found down a flight of steps and through a private gate. You enter onto the pool terrace where you will find sun loungers, a BBQ and table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is also a raised Kosk area to one end of the pool with plump cushions.

The pool is 7 meters by 3 meters and has a depth of 1.40 meters.

To one side of the villa, you will find a grassed area with another raised kosk area, giving another view of your surroundings.

Going inside Villa Mavi Ay, you are presented with the open plan lounge and kitchen area. The lounge having a large comfy sofa facing the wall mounted television. To the back of this room is the fitted kitchen with oven, hob dishwasher and microwave. There is a table and four chairs.

Passing the kitchen, you will find a shower room complete with washing machine. Through another door you will find the sauna.

A spiral staircase leads to the upstairs mezzanine level. This bedroom is complete with a king size bed, wardrobe and double Jacuzzi . There is also a baby cot should you need one.

The views from this room are stunning, and can be seen from the bed and the Jacuzzi.

All in all, a perfect holiday getaway for a couple, or couple with a baby, in this perfect and peaceful setting.
