Villa Azra is a brand new Luxury Villa Kalkan. It is superbly located within easy walking distance of Kalkan Town Centre (approx. 10 mins).

This luxury brand-new 5 bedroom property certainly has the wow factor! Beautifully furnished in a contemporary style, with complimentary sleek soft furnishings combining tasteful colours.

The good sized pool terrace has a large infinity jet pool and jacuzzi along  with brand new sunbeds and parasols. Everyone will enjoy taking a break from the sun in the very modern pool lounge, complete with a wide screen tv, ceiling fan, drinks cooler and dining table and chairs.

Upon entering the villa on the ground floor there are two double bedrooms with en-suites, there is also a utility room, with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The stairway leads you to the first floor which opens  up to a breath-taking sea view from the open plan living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

There is a full balcony housing a seating area along with an outside dining area. If required there are remote controlled sun canopy’s providing shade on those warm sunny mornings as you breakfast on the terrace. The courtyard at the back of this level has a chill out zone with chic black couch, bright cushions and a separate BBQ area there is also a table tennis table.

Taking the stairs to the next floor you are lead to the remaining 3 rooms, two double bedrooms both with stunning sea views and a twin room (maybe converted to a king size bed) – all are en-suite.

Indigo Beach Club and Yali Beach Club are within a 10 minute walk and Kalkan Town Beach is around a 10-15 minute walk from Villa Luxury Azra or a boat ride from one of the nearby beach clubs.

SHOPS

A 10 minute walk to town is where you will find a greengrocers, migros supermarket and a butcher. Kalkan market is opposite migros supermarket every thursday and here you can also buy fresh groceries and spices and gifts etc.

Dalaman 1 hour and 40 minutes drive. Antalya is 3 hour and 30 minutes drive. We arrange airport transfer and car hire as well if you need these service.
