Villa Kalkan Skyfall is 3 bedroom modern villa rental kalkan with pool. This private villa turkey offers wifi internet access, a welcome pack on the arrivel, pool towels, tv and dvd player, private car park, seaview and infinity pool kalkan.

Villa Kalkan Skyfall is one of the best villa we have with view. The villa has kalkan harbour seaview, kalamar bay seaview, snake and mouse island seaview so during your holiday you can enjoy your spectacular view watching.

There is Jacuzzi in the terracre and Table Tennis Table available pool terrace.

Private infinity pool size is 5m. to 10m., deep is 1.80m.

Kitchen

Fully fitted kitchen is situated off the lounge area and its large and well equipped. Set to do side of the lounge is a raised dining area with a large table and comfortable dining chairs (Seats 6).

Kitchen is modern and good design, there are everythink what you need during your stay.

Lounge

It has a high quality marble floor throughout is the spacious, light and airy lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs seating. There is a tv with satellite tv available and dvd player as well.

The lounge designed for your comfortable and relaxing. There is a unlimeted internet access for you. The living room direct access to pool terrace.

Speacial booking conditions

In order to book the villa, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The balance will be payable within 8 weeks of arrival but we are prepared to allow some flexibility on this for late bookings.

If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates, kalkan rentals with private pool.

A damage deposit of £200 is required upon arrival, Subject to no damage to the property, this will be returned to you upon your departure, Rudi Travel.

Deposit and Balance Payments; We accept payment via the following methods: Bank Transfers/Paypal or cash upon arrival if unable to do Bank Transfer or Paypal (Please note a fee will be added if paying by Paypal)
