New for 2020  This completely refurbished and extended  four bedroomed villa has had money lavished upon it to make it into the top class villa it is today. Be amongst the first to sample its delights.

Upon arrival, you are welcomed by the blue ornate metal gate. Follow the steps down to the front door. The entrance hall opens out into a very large, spacious area. First, the fully fitted kitchen complete with a marble breakfast bar, oven, fridge freezer, and microwave.  Filter coffee machine and as much crockery and kitchen implements as you would ever want or need.

Next, you come to the dining area, with huge solid wood table and eight chairs, sideboard and easy chairs. Continue on to the wonderful lounge area with plenty of comfortable seating and large flat-screen TV. All of the furniture in the villa has been imported from the United States by its owner and is top quality.

Floor to ceiling windows and doors finish off this room, with views of the pool terrace and beyond.

Also on this level is a bedroom with a king-size bed, fitted furniture and air conditioning.  Doors lead out to a raised seating area to the side of the pool terrace.

Off the hall, and adjacent to this bedroom is a large shower room.

The washing machine is located in the hall under the stairwell.

Stairs lead to the first floor, which is again flooded with light due to the floor to ceiling windows.

Here, you will find a double bedroom, with king-size bed, fitted furniture, air conditioning and an en suite shower room. There is a large balcony with stunning views of Mouse Island and Snake Island and Kalkan Harbour.

Next, we have a twin-bedded room, with en suite shower room and again fitted furniture and air conditioning.

Now we come to the master suite. This is a very large room with comfortable club chairs and a king-size bed with Otterman. There is also an en suite shower room. On a raised platform in the bedroom, there is a large round  Jacuzzi bath. The floor to ceiling doors opens onto a huge, furnished balcony which also has two sunbeds. The views from this room and its balcony are quite spectacular.

Moving back downstairs, we open the doors onto the raised dining area. A large round table and eight chairs sit’s under a canopy, perfect for al fresco dining.

The pool terrace is complete with eight sunbeds and three large sun shades for your comfort. There is a pool shower to one side.

Table and chairs are situated upon a raised terrace, which is also accessible from the bedroom on this floor. A Webber BBQ completes this area.

The pool is 7 meters by 7 meters and is approximately 1.5 meters deep.

Please be aware that Villa Hayat is not suitable for persons of limited mobility due to the number of steps down to the villa, and also the number of steps within the villa.  

The nearest small shop is roughly ten minutes walk away with a larger supermarket about fifteen to twenty minutes walk away.

A car, although not essential, would be advantageous as the villa is sited a way out of Kalkan. An alternative would be to use the local taxi, which is plentiful and cheap, and just a phone call/ WhatsApp away.

Speacial booking conditions

In order to book the villa, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The balance will be payable within 8 weeks of arrival but we are prepared to allow some flexibility on this for late bookings.

If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates, Villa Kalkan Hayat.

A damage deposit of £200 is required upon arrival, Subject to no damage to the property, this will be returned to you upon your departure, Rudi Travel.
