This brand new villa, built in 2020 is constructed of cedar wood and has a truly  alpine feel, due to its location within the beautiful mountains of Islamlar.

Upon arrival, park your vehicle in the large parking area and descend the steps to the front door. Upon entry, you come into the lounge and kitchen area. The fully fitted kitchen has built in oven, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer. The worktops are a thick, rich brown and gold marble. Behind the breakfast bar are four stools to allow inside dining.

The Lounge area has a three piece suite, large wall mounted flat screen TV and a DVD player. Large patio doors open out to the pool terrace.

A guest cloakroom completes this area of the villa.

Continue through the door into your under floor heated, wet room area. Here, you have an indoor heated pool/Jacuzzi with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the outside pool area. A separate Hamam and also a separate Sauna room.

Continuing again through another door you come to the second bedroom. Spacious, with single beds which can be joined to make a double bed. There is a wall mounted TV. Patio doors off to the pool terrace. Also off this area is the en suite fully fitted shower room, a wardrobe and a storage room, idea to put your luggage.

Returning through to the indoor pool, which incidentally measures 2.45 meters by 4 meters by 1 meter deep. You will find the wooden staircase which takes you to the master bedroom. Here a king size bed with ceiling hung flat screen TV over, and a huge Jacuzzi by the large window allowing breathtaking views of the countryside and Kalkan sea view. There is of course an en suite shower room, wardrobe and cupboard space.

Returning downstairs we pass through the patio doors onto the pool terrace. Here you will find, four padded sun beds and a parasol. A table and 4 padded chairs. A table tennis table for your use is also here. To the other side of the terrace is a sun shaded dining area with table, chairs and a BBQ. The mountain views are stunning.

The large swimming pool which measures 4 meters by 11 meters has slowly graduating steps to allow easy access to the water. A remote controlled water spout gushes from one end. At the other end, is a separate children’s Jacuzzi, also remotely controlled. This terrace is very private and catches the sun all day.

Air conditioning and Wifi complete this villa.

Note: From 1st October 2022 to 1st May 2023 the villa price will include the indoor pool heating cost. All other times if you need pool heating on than extra 200 gbp charge will be made per week.

Speacial booking conditions

In order to book the apartment, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The balance will be payable within 8 weeks of arrival but we are prepared to allow some flexibility on this for late bookings.

If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates, villa by gurhan.

A damage deposit of £200 is required upon arrival, Subject to no damage to the property, this will be returned to you upon your departure, Rudi Travel.
