Villa Kalkan Sultan Evi is a contemporary 5 bedroom property situated in a quiet location with olive trees to the front and mountains to the side. This beautiful private villa has sweeping views across Kalkan bay, and is just a five minutes short drive or 20-25 minute walk from Kalkan's town, harbour and beach.

There are sea views from all floors of this property, as well as from the 12m private pool and sun terrace, and large roof terrace. The attractive garden affords natural shade, while the roof terrace has a traditional kosk lounging area. Inside, this air-conditioned villa has 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms - all with balconies or terrace access, 5 marble bathrooms - plus a jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom, a fully fitted granite kitchen, spacious lounge, laundry room and a kitchenette on the roof terrace.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and is less than 5 minutes walk from a mini-market, fruit & veg stall, and Turkish cafe.

Speacial booking conditions

In order to book the villa, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The balance will be payable within 8 weeks of arrival but we are prepared to allow some flexibility on this for late bookings.

If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates.

A damage deposit of £200 is required upon arrival, Subject to no damage to the property, this will be returned to you upon your departure.
