Villa Seascape is - Brand new stunning 4 bedrooms luxury villa. Beautifully architecturally designed, it nestles on the edge of a cliff in the furthest corner of Kalamar, one of Kalkan's most beautiful and peaceful areas With private infinity pool and outdoor Jacuzzi.
The views are second to none – the villa looks out over the whole of Kalamar Bay, taking in the Caretta headland, the islands, and the harbour The internal design has been configured to ensure that guests benefit from the amazing views throughout the property.
Villa Seascape will be air-conditioned throughout and there will be WiFi internet access available for guest use. The ground floor will host one of the double bedrooms with en-suite, a television and full sea and mountain views. The remainder of the floor will comprise of an open plan living area where the comfortable lounge will offer a flat screen television and DVD player.
There will be an inside dining area and well equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and fridge freezer. Large glass doors will open onto the poolside terrace, furnished with sun loungers, parasols, and a BBQ. There will be a large infinity pool and outdoor Jacuzzi, as well as a table tennis table.
Nearest Beach Club is Kalamar Beach Club. There is restaurant facilities, water sports and diving school in the clubs just a 10 minute walk away from the villa.
The villa is perfect for families and larger groups.

Speacial booking conditions
In order to book the villa, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The balance will be payable within 8 weeks of arrival but we are prepared to allow some flexibility on this for late bookings.
If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates.
A damage deposit of £200 is required upon arrival, Subject to no damage to the property, this will be returned to you upon your departure.
Deposit and Balance Payments ; We accept payment via the following methods: Bank Transfers / Paypal or cash upon arrival if unable to do Bank Transfer or Paypal (Please note a fee will be added if paying by Paypal)
