Villa Safran Maidan is a charming and stylish 3-bedroom detached villa in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan and comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The property has lots of outdoor space cleverly set over various levels. This offers a pool terrace, dining bbq area commanding great sea views from the higher levels. With Air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, and a 15-minute walk to town and the harbour, it is a great choice for families.

Villa Louise Kalkan has an open plan living area, the kitchen is well-equipped and contains integrated electric oven & microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle and water cooler. For inside dining there is a dining table and seating for 6 guests with a view over the pool terrace.
The comfortable lounge area includes sofas, coffee table, and TV unit with flat screen TV, and doors lead out onto the pool terrace. A beautiful sliding wooden door leads off the lounge where a ground floor shower room and twin bedroom can be found, with side window garden view.

Villa Safran Maidan Kalkan really benefits from it’s amount of outdoor space. A lovely shady ottoman seating area can be found at the side of the property which opens onto the pool terrace with a 4 x 8m (1.60m) pool.
The pool terrace includes sunbeds, side tables and parasols and from the pool area a garden view is enjoyed.

Speacial booking conditions
In order to book the villa, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The balance will be payable within 8 weeks of arrival but we are prepared to allow some flexibility on this for late bookings.
If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates, villa safran maidan.
A damage deposit of £200 is required upon arrival, Subject to no damage to the property, this will be returned to you upon your departure, Rudi Travel
Deposit and Balance Payments; We accept payment via the following methods: Bank Transfers/Paypal or cash upon arrival if unable to do Bank Transfer or Paypal (Please note a fee will be added if paying by Paypal)
