Villa Ruya is a brand new, luxury designed villa just 150m from the sea in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan. Its one of the best holiday rental villas in Kalkan/Turkey.

The cool contemporary design lends itself to the layout over 5 levels. At street level, there is a garage and entrance, and the living accomodation is laid out over four floors.

On the first level is the annexe area with games room designed as a chill out area, and equipped with PS3, TV and assorted games. Off the games room is the annexe double room with it's own kitchenette and private patio. This area particularly will appeal to couples or a teenager wanting privacy!

The main entrance is on the floor above, with the sitting room, dining room and kitchen all opening onto a large terrace surrounding the 10m X 4m infinity swimming pool.

All bedrooms have modern travertine bathrooms with rainforest shower units.

An interior designer has ensured that Villa Ruya offers luxury, with high quality furnishings and fittings designed for maximum comfort for our guests. If you can drag yourself away from the villa and pool, guests can enjoy swimming in the sea from the gorgeous gardens of the Kulube hotel just 100 metres away or from the Kalamar Beach Club/ Diving Centre a a few minute walk away.

With no compromise on luxury Villa Ruya creates an ambiance of Mediterranean living at its best including: Wi-Fi; Internet 3D TV with hundreds of channels and movies on demand; PS3, iPod docking station; BBQ and Private garage.

Speacial booking conditions

In order to book the apartment, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The balance will be payable within 8 weeks of arrival but we are prepared to allow some flexibility on this for late bookings.

If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates, villa kalkan inge.

A damage deposit of £200 is required upon arrival, Subject to no damage to the property, this will be returned to you upon your departure, Kalkan Experience Property

Deposit and Balance Payments ; We accept payment via the following methods: Bank Transfers / Paypal or cash upon arrival if unable to do Bank Transfer or Paypal ( Please note a fee will be added if paying by Paypal )
