Built in 2020, The village centre is only a few minutes away by car with restaurants, shops etc. This is a traditional Turkish village with a friendly, peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. If you want to go into Kalkan Town Centre then it is only 5-10 mins away by car.

Upon your arrival at Villa Mary, you can park directly outside the villa.

Villa Mary is a one bedroom property which will make the perfect honeymoon retreat with full privacy and a few extra treats in store!!

You enter the villa through the front door and are met with the spacious open plan layout which includes the lounge with its 2 large comfy sofas, a coffee table and wall mounted flat screen TV.

To your left is the gleaming white kitchen which is fitted with a built in electric cookerand a gas hob. There is a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Microwave and Sandwich maker/Toaster for your convenience.

Sitting within the kitchen area we have a dining table and 2 chairs should you wish to eat inside. Further dining options are available outside on the pool terrace.

To the right of the entrance into the property there is the Bedroom with a King size bed, 2 Bedside units and matching lamps. There is plenty of wardrobe space as well.

The en-suite Bathroom sits just behind with its rainfall shower head, large wash basin and vanity unit and mirror.

Another fantastic feature of this villa is accessible through the bedroom patio door and includes a heated indoor pool which is 3.5mx 3.5m and 1.20m deep. There is Jacuzzi as well.

From the lounge area the large patio doors open out onto the private pool terrace.

Moving outside, the very private pool terrace is adorned with a BBQ, a dining table and 2 chairs for Al Fresco dining, a smaller table with 2 more chairs, 2 sunbeds, a parasoland a wonderful rattan swinging egg chair to sit and relax by the pool. It also has a Seaview down to Kalkan.

The infinity swimming pool is 6.50m x 3.50m and 1.50m deep.

The whole Terrace area is very private. With this privacy, Villa Mary is ideal for honeymooners or couples those who like a few extra features on their vacation.

It goes without saying, that this villa is fully air conditioned and has unlimited WiFi.

Speacial booking conditions

In order to book the apartment, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The balance will be payable within 8 weeks of arrival but we are prepared to allow some flexibility on this for late bookings.

If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates.

A damage deposit of £100 is required upon arrival, Subject to no damage to the property, this will be returned to you upon your departure, Rudi Travel.
