Villa Luxury Supernova Details

Situated in an elevated position in Kiziltas, overlooking Kalkan Bay, Villa Kalkan Luxury Supernova is a new property completed in 2022. This spacious and modern villa has been carefully thought out to accommodate up to 10 guests and has been equipped with both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, spa facilities, a gym, and games room.

Lower ground floor:

Villa Luxury Supernova's spacious lower ground floor is split into two bedrooms and a separate entertainment area equipped with an indoor swimming pool (approx. 9m x 3m x 1.25m), a gym including 2 yoga mats, 2 balls, dumbbell station, punching bag and an exercise bike, and a games area featuring a multi-functional table that can be used as a dining table, table tennis table, football table and pool table.

Guests will find a twin bedroom and a double bedroom here. The twin bedroom offers en-suite facilities and a furnished balcony with a partial sea view. The double bedroom also offers an en-suite, as well as a free-standing bath, and has direct access to the entertainment area.

The sauna and Turkish Hammam can also be found on this level.

Ground floor:

The ground floor of this villa provides guests with a stylish open plan space to cook, dine and relax in. A fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living area with a corner sofa, armchair and flat screen TV completes the space, whilst a neutral colour palette with pops of colour and greenery makes the area cosy and inviting.

First floor:

The first floor of Villa Supernova is home to the remaining three en-suite bedrooms; two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Each bedroom features floor to ceiling glass windows which display glorious views of the bay and out to sea, the two double bedrooms also benefit from furnished balconies.

Outside:

A generously sized swimming pool (Approx. 12.5m x 7.5m x 1.40m) with a shallow pool area is the centre of this villas outdoor area. The infinity pool features 10 integrated cushioned sun beds and a view that stretches out to snake and mouse island. The terrace has plenty of comfortable seating options for guests to spread out on, including armchairs, a sofa and a double swing seat. To enable guests to dine al-fresco there is large dining table which can accommodate up to 10 guests and a BBQ.
