New for 2022, Villa Likya Saribelen in the peaceful setting of Saribelen, approx 12kms from Kalkan and roughly a twenty minute drive. This brand new villa is now available for rent. Built and furnished to a very high standard you will not be disappointed.
The villa is approached by its own private driveway leading to two parking spaces.
The first set of steps takes you up to a grassed terrace with amazing views of the mountains. Listen to the birds singing, and the mountainous trees swaying and you have already started to relax.
Entering the front door you emerge into the combined kitchen lounge area of the villa. The beautiful, fully fitted kitchen. This immaculate kitchen is fitted with every convenience you could wish for, best quality cookware and porcelain crockery is provided. A dining table and four chairs complete’s this area.
Moving to the lounge area, the floor to ceiling windows overlook the pool terrace. Comfy sofa and chair seating allows you to watch the flat screen smart T.V. should you tire of the amazing views outside.
A door from the lounge takes you to the master bedroom suite with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool terrace and mountains beyond. A double size bed and plenty of furniture for clothing along with a large Jacuzzi bath. The large en-suite shower room.
Further down the passage and you come to bedroom two, windows look onto the pool terrace. This room is twin bedroom with en suites.
The pool which measures 9 meters by 3.5 meters by 1.55 meters deep is created from travertine stone and is very unusual.
Four relaxer sun beds and sunshades are placed to maximise the wonderful mountain views. This terrace benefits from all day sun.
Further along the terrace there is a table and chairs set under a shaded cover, for your Al fresco dining, along with a large BBQ and table tennis table. Easy chairs complete this area, to take in the wonderful views surrounding this villa.
The villa is of course complete with air conditioning throughout and WiFi.

Speacial booking conditions
In order to book the villa, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The balance will be payable within 8 weeks of arrival but we are prepared to allow some flexibility on this for late bookings.
If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates.
A damage deposit of £100 is required upon arrival, Subject to no damage to the property, this will be returned to you upon your departure, Rudi Travel
Deposit and Balance Payments; We accept payment via the following methods: Bank Transfers/Paypal or cash upon arrival if unable to do Bank Transfer or Paypal (Please note a fee will be added if paying by Paypal)
