Villa Kisla Dream - If you are looking for a villa that combines true luxury, clean contemporary design, space in abundance, and what has to be one of the most spectacular views in Kalkan, then read on!

This stunning 6 bedroom luxury villa, Beautifully architecturally designed, nestles on the edge of a cliff in the furthest corner of Kisla, one of Kalkan's most beautiful and peaceful areas.

It offers 6 bedrooms, three pools (one is a spectacular triangular shaped infinity pool) beautiful design and top end decor throughout plus some wonderful 'extras' that you would expect from a luxury property (such as huge master bedroom suite, and a covered games area with a table tennis table)

The views are second to none – the villa looks out over the whole of Kalkan Bay, taking in the Caretta headland, the islands, and the harbour. The internal design has been configured to ensure that guests benefit from the amazing views throughout the property.

All rooms are very spacious, all 6 bedrooms are En-suite and four out of the five have very large private balconies/terraces, all with amazing views.

As you would expect, the villa is equipped to a very high standard, and is air conditioned throughout and has beautiful travertine marble flooring.

The villa is perfect for families and larger groups.
 
 
Outdoors

• Steps down to the property lead to a small children’s/paddling pool, which also doubles as a Jacuzzi pool. To the right of this is an outside shower.
   
• There are mature flowers at the back of the villa, which lead around to the outside dining area, which is tucked away under a shady pergola, whilst still having those wonderful panoramic views
   
• One of the key features of the property is the stunning infinity pool, which ‘wraps’ around the villa, and is finished in a triangular shape overlooking Kalkan Bay.
   
• The main patio area, with sunbeds, parasols and two comfortable seating sets are behind the main part of the infinity pool. Steps lead down to the side of the outside dining area, leading to the property’s third pool – a beautiful plunge style pool with waterfall feature.
   
• There is also a Stone built BBQ.

• Large, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with modern, state of the art fully equipped kitchen with granite worktop and top of the range appliances (oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge freezer)

Speacial booking conditions

In order to book the villa, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The balance will be payable within 8 weeks of arrival but we are prepared to allow some flexibility on this for late bookings.

If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates.

A damage deposit of £200 is required upon arrival, Subject to no damage to the property, this will be returned to you upon your departure.
