Villa Kalkan Waratah is fantastic 5 bedroom luxury villa with amazing panoramic views over Kalkan Bay, situated in an elevated peaceful prime location overlooking Kalkan Town and Harbour and its easy access to Kalkan town center and restaurants.

Villa is beautiful decorated and furnished and extremely well equipped, to ensure that you can relax and enjoy your time in Kalkan in comfort. The emphasis is  on light and space.

All bedrooms are en-suite and have large private balconies/terraces. Villa has unbelieveable panoramic views and beautiful infinity pool however you will want to spend much of your time outside.

The pool is surrounded by a spacious patio area, equipped with sun-loungers and sun-shades. There is a large pergole where you can lie in comfort in the shade.  The villa is perfect for families and larger groups.

The modern design Open Plan American Kitchen with sea and nature view has Fridge, Dishwasher, Electric Oven, Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Dining seats for 10 people, Pans, Stewpots, Cutlery, Knives and etc.

Speacial booking conditions

In order to book the apartment, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The balance will be payable within 8 weeks of arrival but we are prepared to allow some flexibility on this for late bookings.

If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates, villa kalkan waratah.

A damage deposit of £200 is required upon arrival, Subject to no damage to the property, this will be returned to you upon your departure, Rudi Travel.

Deposit and Balance Payments; We accept payment via the following methods: Bank Transfers/Paypal or cash upon arrival if unable to do Bank Transfer or Paypal (Please note a fee will be added if paying by Paypal)
