A truly unique 2 bedroom villa, Villa Kalkan Seafront, in the quiet Kisla area of Kalkan, Turkey which has its very own secluded private beach cove with sunbeds and umbrellas, exclusive to the villa and a select few other neighbouring villas. Or use the facilities of the neighbouring Kalkan Beach Club which is also where the water taxi will ferry you across the bay to the centre of Kalkan.

Villa Kalkan Seafront is a recently renovated, stylish 2 bedroom villa with fabulous panoramic sea views which is due to being a mere 50 meters from the shoreline with nothing but a few plants and shrubs in front of the villa before the drop down to the waters edge. You really couldn't ask for a more perfect location.

The villa as well as having all modern facilities including dishwasher and washing machine, has plenty of outside space for 4 people, plus sunloungers, table and chairs for al-fresco dining, and its own private pool which is a sun trap to ensure you can soak up those rays.

Speacial booking conditions

In order to book the villa, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The balance will be payable within 8 weeks of arrival but we are prepared to allow some flexibility on this for late bookings.

If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates, villa kalkan inge.

A damage deposit of £100 is required upon arrival, Subject to no damage to the property, this will be returned to you upon your departure, Kalkan Experience Property
